Pathetic online service and even more pathetic so called " customer service"

Ordered 14 Dec - order never recieved until now. Numerous follow-ups at my cost and expense - Russian roulette stories being told about their delivery service provider. Absolutely no one is calling me from game, even now a month later- yet they bombard me with online and text marketing.

Absolutely shambolic company and its staff. Useless customer "care" Centre that every day can't give proper answers other than " escalated to an unnamed relevant department and an unnamed person who should contact you"

Now I'm still waiting for my money, which 2 weeks ago they said the " relevant department" is dealing with.

Nauseating.

Now, having posted here, I will get called, I have not been getting one for over a month and meaningless "sorry for the inconvenience" nonsense.
