Pathetic online service and *********** employees

Game deserves 0 stars. The absolute worst store to shop at. Ordered a Logik mist fan on the morning of 9 February 2026 on to be collected at Game Waterfall Mall Rustenburg. Order paid and accepted, then they call me and tell me they do not have stock. They have to change it to delivery, only to get a mail at 19:00 that night that the order has been cancelled instead. The promotion on that order ends on 9 February. I placed a new order and paid again as I had to wait for my refund. Delivery address is clearly in Rustenburg North West. Game place the order at a store in Mpumalanga and I see this when I get the message that my order is out for delivery to a location in Mpumalanga on the morning of the 11th. So the Game Call Centre tells me the will create a new order number so that my order is sent to the correct address. This afternoon, 13 Feb, still no feedback from Game. Called the call center again, new order has not yet been issued and they can not tell me when this will be done so they just expect me to wait indefinitely. Game and the call center is absolutely pathetic!!
