Pathetic online service and delivery

To say i'm disappointed with the online service would be an understatement, ordered online, was told my order was dispatched and on my way, 4 days later i'm still waiting, have not received any communication from the so called courier company,phones not being answered, DMs ignored, i'm frustrated, don't know what else to do anymore, this is pathetic. Never again!
