Pathetic Online Service,
Worst Online service ever. I bought a Defy Mini Oven Stove on the 30th April and to this day I have not received my parcel. Tracking status has been on "Item handed to Courier" for more than 5 days now, No updates--no nothing. Most pathetic service from such a huge company.

10 May 2024, 08:04Its the 10th of May today, parcel still not received. Emplty promises through and through. Waited the whole day yesterday thinking my order will arrive, still nothing. You guys have disappeared with my money..deliver or pay back my money, simple!
