Pathetic online service.

Disappointing services rendered !! Ordered a fridge on 25th November . It arrived damaged and taking weeks for correspondence! . Ordered things for the kids for Christmas on a separate order on the 29th , still no response when I ask what's going on with the delivery !!! Pathetic service.
