Pathetic online platform

I placed an online order on the 26th December 2024. I then had an update that some items were not available therefore they were canceled and refunded. On the 30th of December the Tracking was updated indicating it has been handed over to the courier. To date, 12 January 2025, I did not receive my order. I've emailed customer care who contacted me telephonically and indicated they will update me, nothing has happened. This is really pathetic online service. I would definitely not recommend shopping on their online platform, it is a waste of time! Stick to makro and takealot, far more reliable!
