Pathetic online delivery service

Ordered a treadmill online. And there was no option for a delivery address only pick up. The only option I could choose was for pick up to purchase the product. On their website it clearly says they deliver to residential addresses. My residential address is not stated under the none delivering address. Contacted customer service through online chat and was not assisted in anyway helpful to get my product delivered instead they kept insisting I can only pick it up. They want to cancel the order instead of getting it delivered to my address. It's annoying when they advertise falsely and when you spend a lot of money on a product and you are unable to receive it correctly. What's the point of having customer service if you can't assist and serve the customer's needs.
