Pathetic /NO customer service

<p>Promotion items were advertised and when enquiring was told that they would arrange for the stock.....after an email from the Manager namely Mannie I was assured that the stock would be in store in a few day's......not having received feedback....I sent Mannie another email as well as to Game H/O......no responce.....sent another 2 emails that have been read by the respective staff....BUT NO RESPONCE...NOW trying to contact Guy Haward...and awaiting his reply......Full details will be in local Caxton on Thursday...</p>
