Pathetic Manager poor customer service

I went to Game Alberton to buy a luggage. The price was R1199 and there were two. I took one when i got to the tills the lady says it’s R2199. I said but the price the says R1199 she asked me to take her there. We went and she confirmed that it’s R1199 and called the manager by the name Andre Dunhin who came and also asked me to take him where the suitcase was. We went, i showed him and the he look for the right item but couldn’t find it anywhere. He said to me i cam’t authorise such a big amount i need to get an authorisation from head office. He goes and comes back to say “ You must read you can’t just look at the price. I say to him “ you also need to make sure that the stock is packed at the right places. He went on and on telling me that the law says i must read and that i must take his name he’s the sales manager there’s nothing i can do about that. I want him to give me the difference. He’s pathetic very disrespectful for customers. He doesn’t deserve to be the manager.
