pathetic manager / no customer service at all

Today my fiance and myself went in to games to sort out a repair that we had gave in January this woman Kogie Chetty was so rude and arrogant to me she had no customer service even when another manager agreed to credit us she bellittled him behing his back infront of us being customers there n also infront of junior staff. She made it personal as if I was an enemy and she was on a battlefield with me because of my query. I am a cash customer of games and have bought most of my entertainment and appliances from Games for many years. I am dissapointed and disgusted at this womans poor management and customer service skills.
