Pathetic, just pathetic

Purchased an item online, paid in full and when I logged onto my account to track the order. Order does not even appear but I have the email as confirmation. Contact support via email stating I can't track it and all they reply with is that it will be with you in 10-14 days.

I called the call center for the 3rd time after being on hold for ever on the previous 2 calls and the calls just drops. Stating they can't find my order but the item is out of stock. When questioned how is it out of stock if they can't find my order. Quickly my order is found and there is nothing they can do for me as their online site was an issue.
