pathetic is an understatement for service.

pathetic service once again from your pavilion Branch.I went into the store 3 weeks ago to purchase a gaming headset for my son and after being shoved from pillar to post and being told staff are extremely busy even though they were having a merry old chat and watching videos on cellphones and giggling. One staff member who was supposedly assisting actually brought the product and open the headset to try it out on the ps4 to see if it was compatible eventually left the product and went off to chat to her friends. My 12 year old son had actually gotten so upset with how many people did not bother to assist and this coming from a child who knew the importance of good customer service and to think adults dont bother. after almost 30minutes of trying to be helped we eventually just took the product and went to pay and I expressed my unhappiness to a female manager who didn't actually care about it ....i mean after all its only a headset we were purchasing.... I left my details with her and an Indian gentlemen who were supposed to contact me regarding stock of the original play station headset yet 3 weeks later still no call recieved or attempted by either the manager or store.

Last weekend I had to take the headset back as I had been misinformed that it is compatible with a ps4 and To my son's horror it did not work.Numerous calls later to the store to source the stock and no one has any idea of me or who I am....

Two trips to a store of a level zero customer device.. ..still no call from stafg or manager and ladies and gentlemen this is the service we paying customers recieve.Just to let you know most of the equipment,appliances and almost half of my household items have been purchased from game yet I Am treated like a piece of waste and have to break promises to my son based on their non-existent customer service.
