Pathetic horrible service4

I need help! I placed an order online with Game stores on the 3rd of October, delivery suppose to be within 5-7 days. My first call to them I was told they can not allocate my order and after that a item out of stock. I've been sending emails WhatsApps phone calls and no one can help. No manager or team leader available to take my calls. I'm sending emails all the time and no reply or feedback they just ignoring me . Worse pathetic service ever!!
