Pathetic Employees of Game no complying to equality of all races

Today i bough a sound bar and all together spend over R10 000 at Game stores Kimberley. We asked to keep a sound bar as it was to big to carry as our car was in for a service. Very politely tgey said theyll keep it and we can come fetch it anytime at the first counter at returns. We went to fetch it and waited in line. People of a dofferent race went past me and the lady helped them immediately even though she was still busy with another couple. I stood and wait she didnt even talk to me as she walked past helping other clients that was in the back of the line and skipping the line to be helped. I had to walk back to the sales man to get the sustem and when getting it she gave us an attitude because we did t wanto wait in the line, in which we did wait till she helped people skipping the line. Il NEVER USE GAME EVER AGAIN AND WILL NEVER EVER REFER MY ENEMY TO GAME AMD COMING FROM A TOWN THAT DOES THEIR SHOPPING IN GAME ILL MAKE SURE THEY KNOW ABOUT THIS PATHETIC EMPLOYEE. The only thing that would male me less hostile(not meaning ill ever shop there) is if she calls me and tell me that she apologozed that she ruiened my schedule which i need to travel another 2 hrs home and that she was incapable to do her job correctly including equality to the clients and customers of Game Stores. Further on i expect nothing!!! I urge people to rethink the trust you have in Game!!!
