Pathetic delivery service and worst customer care

Most pathetic delivery service. Most *********** call Centre services. Order was said to be delivered by 19/04/22, it is now 03/05/22 and my order hasn’t arrived. I spoke to one individual on the 19th, then Nolufefe, yonelisa, Pamela, Lifa and then Nolufefe again 3 or 4 additional times. All of whom kept telling me my order has been waiting for pick up by the courier company from the store…. This was for about 2 weeks that it sat collecting dust. I asked to escalate to a manager every single time and they tell me the manager is on a call… for a whole damn week??? I asked for the manager to call me back whenever they get a chance yet I’m still waiting. The absolute worst customer care and delivery services provided. I’d give a negative rating if I could. Game should not promise on any of this and shouldn’t provide a delivery service as they’re so *********** at it. Game can’t even update you regarding delays or why… PATHETIC.
