Pathetic delivery, no communication

I placed an order on 13th December and nothing was delivered, no communication, no update on any courier delays, just plain and simple pathetic service.

Please refund me my money, I am not concerned with your excuses right now. This was ordered and supposed to be delivered before Xmas (within your SLA), but still no delivery.

Either you refund my money or deliver my goods today.
