Pathetic customer Service from Game Online

I ordered an All in One Computer on line for my daughter to use for school. It said I would be able to track the order which was not the case. I followed up with Game telephonically, 5 times since placing the order on 22nd April. Waiting 20 minutes at a time. Each time I was promised a call back, which never happens. I was assured by various call centre staff that the computer was being dispatched and would arrive in a matter of days. I said if this could not be delivered I would collect at my nearest store; being Knysna. Yesterday 17th May I receive a message that a refund was being processed as they have no stock. I will never shop at Game again and have been a client for over 35 years. Shame on you.
