Pathetic customer service from Game in Richards Bay

Pathetic customer service. I went there to deal with a claim issue. The queue was so long I decided after a while to ask the manager to order an item they did not have in stock. The called the manager but 15 minutes later I had to ask again to speak to a manager. Needless to say I left 5 minutes later when no-one attempted to assist me.
