Pathetic customer service from cellular department

Pathetic customer service from cellular department. I have to 3 different stores and have had the same experience throughout. I visited mall of Africa store, boulders shopping centre store as well as greenstone. Staff don't seem like they are interested in making sales and helping clients. Very very dissapointed in these stores.
