Pathetic customer service

I bought a tv 2yrs ago and something went wrong. My wife took it to game kc and they said they will send it away to be assesed and repaired or replaced. 7 weeks later and after her having to call the store numerous times without any luck the tv arrives at the store and upon collection the tv still does not work! The excuse for a manager Eugene could not answer any questions. Not even that he would give us a call once he finds out what happened and why it was sent back not repaired. So here goes to another 7 weeks i guess.. Hopefully this time it comes back fixed! There is absolutely NO customer service!! Its good when i pay my money and after that you guys just dont care! Disgusted and very irritated
