PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I had a very poor experience with customer service at Game, The Glen. I visited the store to make a few purchases and upgrade my Game RCS card. An employee told me she couldn’t process the upgrade herself and needed to call someone else to assist. I waited patiently for 20 minutes, only to be told afterward that the person responsible had already finished their shift. This information should have been shared with me upfront instead of letting me waste my time in the store for nothing. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
