Pathetic customer service by Games store at gateway

My elderly parents purchased a camp master 3 by 3 gazebo from Game at gateway. We went to the beach yesterday and tried using it. It broke the same day. The clips were broken and it was defective. They tried to return the product today (one day later) and asked for their money back or a gift voucher but they were refused. Apparently there is no refund policy on gazebos. The manager named Calvin John was absolutely rude and arrogant towards my elderly parents. Im absolutely upset and furious that such a renowned company has zero customer service or support.
