Pathetic Customer Service by Game City Store Manager- City View Shopping Centre, Durban

I bought a cellphone at Game City, City view Shopping Centre and a few days later a cellphone was refusing to charge. I took it back to Game City and they changed the battery twice. When I returned the cellphone for the 3rd time I was told that no faults were found on the cellphone. Store Manager by the name of Ismael made fun of me in front of his employees and other customers refusing to give me a refund.
