Pathetic customer service at Game

Bought a Ryobi Line trimmer online. Got delivered early but once assembled it didn't work. Contacted the help number and I was requested to take the unit as is to Game Galleria for assessment in store. When I got their I was asked to buy a jug to drain out the fuel so they could book it at Ryobi for assessment. 16 working days later and no contact from them.
