Pathetic customer service and lack of accountability

We have been complaining about the problems that the fridge we purchased has been giving us within less than a year since purchased. The fridge continues to make excessive noise almost like a generator which has reduced slightly after a defy technician replaced the compressor for no reason. The last tech placed some type of plastic at the back after the compressor was replaced that reduced the noise and lastly the bottom drawer continues to freeze up which now as a result has cracked the glass. Now whenever we call, we are told that the store it was purchased from has closed down. Expecting to receive a call from the fourways branch which has yet to happen.
