Pathetic Customer service and highly uns****ed staff!

I visited the game store in pavillion Durban on the 21st of December 2019 to purchase a luggage set on special. There was no stock available at the store so I received a call back voucher.The following week i received a message to fetch my luggage.When I got in store I was told that the luggage was out of sock by the store manager.A few minutes later a couple who arrived after me was given luggage and I was told that they had first preference.The staff at the store are a bunch of ***** who blatantly **** to me saying that they were out of stock.I find this to be pathetic customer service and would never recommend anyone to request a call bak voucher in future.Its a waste of time and money.To top it all the Staff are rude and arrogant and the store manager has no idea how she runs the store.Highly disappointed!!!
