Pathetic customer service.

Pathetic customer service from Game N1 City. My wife and I visited the store, looking for a rug. With no help what so ever found one that we were interested in, however with no price or barcode, as it was the last one in stock. The teller requested from one of the staff members to assist, however he could not locate the product on the system and this is after twenty minutes of waiting. He was then instructed to call the manager to assist and when I approached him after almost another fifteen minutes of waiting I was told that its not necessary to call the manager. We wasted nearly an hour in the store and left without the item. This type of service is unacceptable. I will never visit that store again. Please train your staff to be more professional and helpful to customers.
