Pathetic customer service

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Stay away from a retailer like this… I stood in the appliance department for an hour waiting to be assisted while the employee had a hearty conversation with his colleagues. I eventually was assisted and was told no one from RCS can assist me I would have to come back the next day. I needed assisted with booking a complaint on my dishwasher but to no avail. The employee asked me silly questions if I collected the item or if it was delivered … what does that have to do with the guarantee of a product. I was furious and left to look for the manager … we then found her and she was also unable to assist … and said she would call me back … what’s the point in supporting a business such as this where the customer is treated so poorly … please give staff proper training and employ people who want to work and do there jobs properly … I will take by business elsewhere in future …
