Pathetic CUSTOMER SERVICE

GOOD DAY, I just want let the game management know how disappointed I am with their customer service at there Canal Walk Branch. I was waiting to help for about 10 min in the line to be helped after wanting to buy some USN product. The manager saw how long I had been waiting and referred me to the liquor department to pay. After gratefully going to the department to pay a staff member came before me to pay her items and advice me to wait first, after she is done. After she and the cashier casual chattering of about 5 min I walk out of the store out of disappointment. Definitely not buying anything at game again and wont advice anyone to go there, and what is sadder is that a supplier that is USN, lost a client because after of this incident. as I proceeded to go to another store and even if the product cost more, still choose and got excellent service from the store.
