Pathetic customer SERVICE

I went into the Game store at the Newcastle mall on Saturday 06 April 2019 to get some household stuff. I came across an item I was interested In but there was no price on it as well as the items next to it. I asked a sales assistant that was nearby for assistance and she told me she was busy. I continued shopping and then went back to see if I could get a price of the item. The very same female sales assistant I asked previously was now not busy but refused to assist. I then asked a gentleman if he could assist me and he told me he will get the guy from that department. Mr Morgan whoever he is never ended up coming to assist even after waiting a further 15 minutes. I thought I could get assistance from the store manager and even that was a fruitless exercise. Houdini would be proud of this stores manager cos he/she could not be found. The sales team were too busy with their own personal conversations to assist anyone. I was not the only disgruntled customer on the day. Game store at Newcastle Mall is definitely one I don't intend to support in the future. Customer service is one of the worst I have come across.
