Pathetic Customer service!

Ordered fridge 2/10/18,delivered 4/10/18, delivery guys dropped it several times. Showed them Dent, they say they think its from factory. Called customer care 5/10/18.said they'd call back. Nothing. Opened online support ticket. Nothing. Called them 8/10/18. Asked for pics, emailed pics. Got called 8/10/18 to ask for morepics. Sent more pics. Nothing. Called 9/10/18 again, said she'd follow up and call back. Nothing. Been calling and emailing. 2 weeks no fridge still!
