Pathetic Customer Service

I purchased goods online at Game on 23 April 2020 to the value of R1298. Later the day I bought the same items cheaper at another retailer. I immediately cancelled the order. 3 days later I receive an email saying that goods are dispatched. I once again phone the call centre and reiterate to cancel the order. To make a long story short I phone them again today 06 May and up until now I havent been refunded as yet. The lady that helped me would've called me back past 4, Im still waiting I will never purchase anything from Game again and also will not advise anyone to purchase from them again. Pathetic customer service
