Pathetic customer service

Hi please see pictures attached taken at the store. My item was brand new as it was never used much as my mum passed away and we didn't utilize it much. They initially said that my speaker is not covered whilst being under warranty. Then they said it stated that in the manual I went back home brought the manual to the store where the manager was disrespectful because I proved to him that he said I must read the manual it states that when it doesn't clearly. He shouted that there's nothing I can do because he says so as his the manager and walked away. I asked for my item to not be repaired hence I went to retrieve my item from the store who claims to have sent it to their supplier whose a little road side shop nevertheless when I picked up the item it was damaged the top of it was loose the panel is loose they lost my remote. When I advised the lady that she was there on the day my item came in how can she not know how its damaged she said she doesn't know and the manager will shout and squeal because she is agreeing. So what happened to customer service, customer satisfaction or the customer is always right. Absolutely disgusted with the service.
