Pathetic customer care from Game

Terrible experience with customer services. Ordered a television online but after delivery it was not working. It took over a month for them to eventually collect the TV. Another 3 weeks for another 1 to be delivered which had a used broken remote. Now week 2, waiting for a new remote. Service is pathetic . Wasted 10 hours of my life and airtime sitting on calls trying to solve the issue and get feedback. Absolutely pathetic, will never use game again. Have now rather purchased from makro.
