Pathetic customer care center

Pathetic customer service. Customer service at Game is absolutely useless, I have purchased so many high value items from this store over the past few years (spent R4500 alone this month at Game) only to have issues for the first time whereby an item needs repairs or replacement. Your customer service team at '***' is pathetic. They take days/weeks to respond, they are slow and have no care in the world. In my case I've been dealing with a person by the name of Chante. All I want is for a proper working sound system, however, this person has no way of dealing with your suppliers. I just received my sound system back today (courier company doesn't call to arrange drop off AS USUAL) and already in a space of 1 hour I had the problem twice. Your supplier says there's no problem with the system and returned it? Yet I sent you guys videos of the problems, I even stated that we have 2 other systems like this purchased from Game but with a different model number (older version) which gives NO ISSUES. All information was sent through to you guys, model numbers, videos, details of the issue, but yet you guys still CANNOT RESOLVE THIS??? I am fed up now, I didn't ask for a refund, all I want is for a working system!
