Pathetic communication and overall service

I bought a fridge on Thursday 25 October 2021. I paid upfront for the fridge and the delivery fee. Today its been almost a week and I have heard nothing from Game about the status of my delivery. I spent all day yesterday phoning around, only to be transferred from one line to the other and then hearing this fridge is no longer in stock and nobody knows about my fridge. My food is going off and not having this fridge is costing me money with the food wastage. I'd like be contacted with regards to the status of my delivery.
