Pathetic client service Game Kimberley

We handed in a faulty **** eater on 19 November. They made us drive up and down before at long last they said 21 working days. After I made a review on Hello Peter I was contacted by a lady who was so upset that I was upset. I later learned that the staff did not give me a receipt or sms (which they promised they would) and she acts like it is my fault. Now far past the 21 working days--I've heard nothing. Game Kimberley is pathetic.
