Pathetic Cashier!!

<p>First of all I was appalled when I visited the Game Store in Promenade, Mitchell’s Plain and found that there were no trolleys and baskets available. In all the Game stores I’ve been to that are equally as busy, never have I experienced a store not having any of the mentioned available.</p> <p>Secondly, what left me flabbergasted and angry was the fact that the cashier that assisted me by the name of Aviwe at the very same store was pathetically rude to an extent where she had the audacity to exchange very harsh words with me and even insulting me in the process, telling me that it is not her job to pack groceries and that she was doing me a favour in doing so with a hell of an attitude, after I had told her not to pack soaps with ready-made food items.</p> <p>The authorising supervisor (Gloria) reprimanded her and this young lady still continued infront of her superior. I then reported the matter with the manager Berenice and this Aviwe person continued to assist another customer without completing assisting me and all this happened infront of her manager who also reprimanded her.</p> <p>I don’t know if this is the way Game treats their customers or if this is the way their staff is trained to treat customers but it is PATHETIC and downright unacceptable!!!!!!</p>
