PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!
So with lockdown happening and us as parents having to print school work. I wanted to purchase a printer, so I had a look on the list, to make sure i am allowed to purchase a printer. I then sent my husband to buy one. He got turned away at 2 stores!!!!!!!! At mall@carnival my husband also spoke to the store manager who was extremely rude and arrogant!!! This is my third complaint about Game in the last 3 months... Game is PATHETIC!!!!!! Please just close your dam doors if you cannot employ decent people. You rude, unhelpful bunch of horrible people!!!! Oh and when I tried to contact the stores, guess what.... They don't answer or the numbers listed is incorrect...

24 Apr 2020, 15:43So I received a call from someone at Game to apologize for this... However, I find it amazing how they think saying sorry will fix everything??? Game is part of a hand full of companies that are able to be open during this lockdown, and yet they can still not get something as simple as good service correct. I am not interested in some half heart-ted apology, I wish someone would take responsibility and do something real about this kind of thing..
