PATHETIC

i placed an order end of last year for delivery... big mistake. one week later (having expected delivery already) i track and it shows delivered. ive put through several emails and calls and out of 8 calls only 1 person answered saying no it wasnt delivered but theyll prompt delivery from N1 City branch. ive called 6 times to N1's branch and NOBODY anwers.. ive sent an email with all in copy and im waiting with baited breath for a response
