Pathetic and *********** Massmart retail!

I haven't used my laptop for more than three weeks but it has already went for repair twice due to technical fault. I requested a refund or new device but my application has been overlooked. It's been a month now since my last return of the laptop, it's with them at the store and they claim there's nothing they can do about my request and I should take back the laptop.

If I was evil I would hope for their last breath in business.
