PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING SERVICE

When you experience a poor service twice from the same company you realise that it is their actual service and its not a mistake.

The way the service is soo disgusting after a payment has been made you will never hear from them no email no sms and worse no call and when you thinking you have seen it all they separate one order and they dont even have the decency to ask or inform you of the reasons why and for the rest of the order to be delivered yo have to send countless emails to ask on the progress which you will never receive.

I made an order on the 25 April 2020 of two items which were both marked essential but so far i have only received 1 item the other i have not received it and i havent been told why. This is so annoying to be dealing with such a pathetic service
