Pathetic all round service

I purchased an item from the East rand Mall branch in December 2016. I misplaced my slip and wanted a copy of the slip which I was told will take 5 working days. When phoning HEAD OFFICE in Durban I got the most horrible service and got very abrupt responses from the people trying to assist me.

I phone the BRANCH MANAGER of the EAST RAND MALL and his 30 minutes is more like never to return my call because I am still waiting for him to phone me.

Now I can understand if the service you get at Head Office level is as bad at branch level then everything makes sense.
