Pathetic after sales service

Game in Fleurdal Bloemfontein is absolutely pathetic. I bought a new skyworth tv - after a week the remote doesn’t work anymore. They were going to find a replacement remote. Have been there multiple times to get help but they don’t do any returns, replacements and don’t have any I can buy. I have to buy a universal one on Takealot - which I did but it only works on specific functions. What’s the point of a smart tv if you can’t use it
