Pathetic After-Sales Service at Rosebank Store

After sales service is shocking. Purchased an Aircon extended warranty and promised contract in (3) days. Been calling the Rosebank JHB store and staff making false promises as they don't know what the problem is in issuing Warranty Certificates - this excuse after 31 days! Store Manager refuses to respond to customer's requests.
