Pathetic

Its been 2 years now and i am still awaiting my paid up letter, @Game stores been ip and down with the call center however 2 years later this account still shows as activeon my credit report. Give me my paid up letter and remove yourselves on my credit report honestly now this is pathetic service 2 years and counting.
