Pathetic!!!!!

I am sooooo disgusted with the service I received. I bought a new fridge less than a month ago and with in 2 weeks the water dispenser was leaking and now the fridge is making a big noise. I have phoned game and they are passing the buck. Hisense phoned and said they will send a tech out and still nothing. They must rather come take their fridge and refund me. This is unacceptable!!! I am sick and tired of phoning them and no one can assist me. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!
