Pathetic

Absolutely horrible!!!

Went to Game in Menlyn to buy a new fridge. Was promised that it will be delivered on the 27th of December. Unfortunately did not get the delivery as promised. When you try to call their client care lines - the phone deliberately get dropped in your ear. After getting in touch with them to arrange a new date for delivery, the incorrect fridge gets delivered???
