PATHETHIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I visited the Game Store on west street on 15 December at about 10am. I was looking for a beach umbrella and proceeded to go to the relevant department. I looked for the umbrella and could not find one, i thereafter walked to two ladies and asked where i could find them. These ladies completely ignored me and walked away, fortunately i found another lady who assisted but only to be told that there were no umbrellas... very disappointing
