PATHECTIC SERVICE AND WRONG PRICING

i visited game stores galleria on saturday, purchased a samsung printer. i then saw a box of cellphone covers , that said " was R199 now R20" i have pictures to prove this, and then to my amazement as i go to pay it scaned as R98 so i asked the cashier why is it scanning as that price she says she doesnt know, then she just sat there looking at me like ive done something wrong, then i asked for a manager , a lady by the name of thule had come to see me , she had a blank look already , and when i questioned her about the price and even showed her the box she says she cant answer my question cause she doesnt know, for a manager to treat your customers that way? nope not on....... then i asked if theres anyone to help me further she said yes then disappeared for 15 mins so i then had to leave , while walking to the entrance, i went to customer care , i showed the lady the picture and she said she doenst work in that department she doesnt know, but she was at customer services , i dont expect such pathectic service from such a reputable business , im absolutely dissapointed in this store, as i always purchase my business equipment from you guys, really making me change my whole prospective about game and the way it is being managed,
